Speaking to him, though, is rather like speaking to any other man. Especially with a chessboard to focus on, Anthony finds his opponent’s strange looks easy to set aside.
“Anthony Blunt.” He makes his next move. “Anthony.” The man has chosen an interesting way to ask the question; Anthony echoes it back at him. “What should I call you?”
Guy had called him Tib, but Anthony has a feeling that is not his actual name.
